Deadliest Aircraft Disasters In History

There have been many famous aircraft disasters in the past century. Many has even broken world records:

Advanced Jetliner Crashes

A new jetliner considered by many aviation experts to be the best commercial aircraft crashed on June 26, 1988 in France killing at least three and injuring over 50 people.  There was no passenger list so they couldn’t find out who died and who survived. The aircraft that crashed was an Airbus A320.

Flight 811

The jumbo jet took off for New Zealand and just minutes later a piece of the fuselage ripped off the jumbo jet. As the plane kept flying, 9 people got sucked out of the aircraft. 23 were injured in the horrible moment. Flight 811 went from a routine flight to a flight of terror. The people in the back did not know that nine of the business-class passengers had been sucked out of their seats.

Japan Airlines

Japan Airlines jumbo jet carrying 524 passengers plunged into a mountain in central Japan. Seven survivors were located in the crash. The distance from Haneda airport to Mt. Ogura where the crash site was about 330 miles apart. The 747 crash in Japan puzzles aviation experts in the U.S. This is the worst single aircraft disaster in the world.

Delta Airlines plane

A Delta Airlines plane with 161 people (149 passengers and 12 crew members) left at least 122 people dead. The site of the crash was near the interstate highway in Dallas. The day after the crash a spokesman for Delta airlines announced that 27 survived - 3 flight attendants and 24 passengers. The type of aircraft was a Lockheed L-1011 which is a wide-body aircraft with three engines.

Pan American World Airliners

A head-on collision with two aircraft happened At Tenerife Airport Santa Cruz, Spain on March 28, 1977. A KLM and PAN AM, both 747s crashed head on with 574 dead. All 70 survivors were on Pan American World Airliners.  On the KLM airlines most of the passengers were Dutch vacationers from the Netherlands. It was said that four Americans all from Rochester, New York were also killed in the horrible accident.

Accidents happen when you least expect it and you never know when this will happen. It is only right that we should always have an attorney at hand who handles these kinds of accidents. If you don't know who to contact when this happens to you, to your family or to your friends, you may want to check this website and they will surely assist you with your concern.

Three Amazing Places To Deploy Wireless POS

As the world embraces plastic as the method of payment in more and more places, wireless point of sale devices, or sometimes termed wireless POS terminals, for "Point of Sale", are bound to take off in a big way worldwide. As the statistics show us in the rest of the world, mobile phones are more prevalent than wired phones, and consequently, wireless POS will soon become more ubiquitous than its wired counterpart. Let's find out what interesting places and situations one can deploy wireless point of sale equipment for fun and profit.

  • Restaurants

Perhaps you have already found out that, in some restaurants, when it is time to pay the bill, the waiter will not take the tray but will instead simply process your credit card directly on their wireless POS terminal right in front of you. This not only helps the paranoid patron with the concern about "just what happened to the credit card that was taken away from me for so long", but it also saves the waiter the second trip back to the table with the processed receipt and your credit card.

  • Department Store

Imagine a woman rushing into the department store on a Friday night. She absolutely must find a new dress for the party that she is late for. As she is selecting the suitable dresses, the staff helps her further by using their wireless POS terminal, and accessing the back office inventory system to check on sizes and styles available in the storage area.

  • Customers Waiting in Line

Wireless POS terminal can be a life saver for coffee places at popular locations. Imagine a downtown coffee shop at 8 AM with a long line of well-dressed business people waiting nervously in line for their morning jolt before getting to work.

Using wireless payment systems is very convenient both for the buyers and sellers. So if ever you plan to have a wireless payment terminal for your business, then this website can surely help you.

I Found A Great Orthodontist

I had the same orthodontist for years until he decided to retire. I remember as a young child going to my orthodontist and getting my braces put on. It has been over a decade and while I am sad that I had to say goodbye to my trusty pediatric dentist, I knew that in order to take care of my teeth I had to get a new one. After months of searching I finally came across a good Orthodontist in Mission Viejo that was also very affordable for me. I was sort of nervous going in for the first time, but he reassured me that everything was going to be fine and I had nothing to worry about. After my check up, my teeth felt as clean as they did when my old orthodontist worked on them and now I have no reservations about my new doctor. I am happy that I was able to find the best orthodontist for me.
